(MR) Isola della Giudecca 800/q
Galleria Michela Rizzo
Michela Rizzo Gallery was founded in Venice in 2004, in a small exhibition space, with the aim of reviving the cultural scene relating to contemporary art, in a city where there was a need of galleries that were not purely commercial. At the beginning of 2008 the gallery moved to a larger and more fascinating environment and in 2014 the gallery settled in the ground floor of an industrial building in the area of the former Giudecca breweries. Over the years, the Michela Rizzo Gallery has carried out a high profile exhibition activity by promoting important international artists and emerging ones and favoring virtuous collaborations with important cultural institutions.
